HB 156 – Owlett – Amends Section 5985.1 of Title 42 regarding the applicability of the tender years hearsay exception.
SB 708 – Bartolotta – Amends the Crime Victims Act (Act 111 of 1998) to make numerous changes to victims’ rights and compensation.
SB 726 – Phillips-Hill – Amends Title 76 by adding Subchapter F that makes the possession, use, sale or the threat to use ransomware a crime, authorizes civil actions by victims of a ransomware attack and requires the Office of Administration to study the susceptibility, preparedness and the ability of the Commonwealth to respond to a ransomware attack.
