HB 246 – Mihalek – Amends Section 3018 of Title 18 to clarify that the protections afforded to victims of sexual abuse under the Rape Shield Law are also applied to victims of human trafficking.
HB 843 – Rowe – Amends Section 5329 of Title 23 to expand the list of criminal convictions of a party or member of a party’s household that a court must consider before making a custody determination.
HB 954 – Stephens – Amends Title 18, Section 9106 and Title 23, Section 6365 to allow law enforcement agencies to share child abuse information.
HB 1147 – Gaydos – Amends title 42, Section 9718.1 regarding sexual offender treatment.
