  • Senate Bill 1456, P.N. 1944 (Haywood/Baker) — Amends Title 23 (Domestic Relations) to require mandated reporting of hazing incidents.
  • Senate Bill 1484, P.N. 1991 (Pennycuick) — Amends Title 42 (Judiciary and Judicial Procedure) to authorize victims of certain offenses to request lifetime no-contact injunctions.
    • Amendment No. A04530 (Baker) — Adds additional offenses to the list of offenses eligible for a no-contact injunction.
  • House Bill 350, P.N. 1937 (Sanchez) — Amends Titles 20 (Decedents, Estates and Fiduciaries), 23 (Domestic Relations) and 42 (Judiciary and Judicial Procedure) to establish the Uniform Parentage Act.
    •  Amendment No. A04480 (Baker) – Requires parties to surrogacy agreements to undergo criminal history and child abuse record checks prior to entering agreement; changes terminology.
  • House Bill 1935, P.N. 2434 (Briggs) — Amends Title 18 (Crimes and Offenses) to authorize restitution for emergency response related to swatting incidents; establishes sentencing enhancement.
