- Senate Bill 890, P.N. 1018 (Bartolotta) – Amends Title 20 (Decedents, Estates and Fiduciaries) to adopt the Uniform Partition of Heirs Property Act (UPHPA).
- Amendment No. 3763 (Baker) – Incorporates the provisions of HB 2124 (Bonner), known as the Uniform Real Property Transfer on Death Act.
- Senate Bill 1212, P.N. 1499 (Pennycuick) – Amends the Sexual Assault Testing and Evidence Collection Act by amending the definition of “awaiting testing.”
- Senate Bill 1400, P.N. 1834 (Baker) – Amends Titles 18 (Crimes and Offenses), 42 (Judiciary and Judicial Procedure), and 61 (Prisons and Parole) to provide for sentencing and parole for murder of the second degree.
- Amendment No. 3888 (Baker) – Establishes factors for courts to consider in imposing a sentence for second degree murder and makes technical changes.
- House Bill 2443, P.N. 3616 (Mullins) – Establishes the Child Victim Recovery Fee Act to create a fund to support children’s advocacy centers (CACs) and services for minor victims.
