  • Senate Bill 1212, P.N. 1499 (Pennycuick) – Amends the Sexual Assault Testing and Evidence Collection Act by amending the definition of “awaiting testing.”
  • Senate Bill 1400, P.N. 1834 (Baker) – Amends Titles 18 (Crimes and Offenses), 42 (Judiciary and Judicial Procedure), and 61 (Prisons and Parole) to provide for sentencing and parole for murder of the second degree.
  • House Bill 2443, P.N. 3616 (Mullins) – Establishes the Child Victim Recovery Fee Act to create a fund to support children’s advocacy centers (CACs) and services for minor victims.
